Sue Gaulke is president of SuccessWorks, a communications training company based in Hood River, Oregon. For the past 17 years she has worked with all levels of aspiring presenters ranging from harried hairstylists to knock-kneed executives. Her book, 101 Ways to Captivate a Business Audience, AMACOM, 1997, has received rave reviews. She has been an associate of The Protocol School of Washington since 1999. She attracts people from all over the world to participate in SpeakersTrainingCamp workshops. She also presents customized in-house training programs for consultants, salespeople, trainers, executives, politicians, and managers. Her clients include Procter and Gamble, Dow Chemical, Xerox, Hewlett-Packard, NIKE, and the U.S. Treasury Department. Known as “The Talking Dynamo,” her sessions are filled with active participation and practical ideas. Sue is recognized as a top-notch trainer throughout the industry. She has received the General Dynamics EXCEL award, for program excellence, and the National Management Association Director's Award for outstanding project achievements.

Prior to starting her own presentation skills training company, Sue was Administrator of Motivation Programs for General Dynamics in San Diego. She headed the Quality Circles Program for 10,000 employees and delivered public relations presentations throughout the United States. Sue has a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology from the University of Kansas, and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Penn State.
