I am 12 days into cycle 2 and haven’t lost any weight on this cycle. I lost 7 pounds on cycle 1. should I go back to cycle one when I have finished 17 days of cycle 2 or go onto cycle three. Will I still lose weight??

    I made this last night and it was delicious!!! On week 2 of 17 day diet cycle 1 and was craving pizza…this satisfied the craving and the hubby enjoyed it too! We did have a side of marinara sauce to dip into which was even tastier! Great recipe…thanks for sharing

    Good day, im not sure if i understand the cycles correctly. My goal is to loose about 40kg. So do i follow cycle1 for 17days then cycle2 for 17days and repeat back and forth between cycle1 & cycle2(until i loose 40kg) b4 i move on2 cycle 3&4??????

    17 day diet cycle one chili 1 lb ground chicken( extra lean) or turkey 1 green and 1 red pepper(diced) 1 medium onion 5-10 mushrooms( sliced) 1 can stewing tomatoes Chicken broth( low sodium) 3 tsp ground cumin 3 tsp chili powder Cook meat in pot. Add all veggies and cook until tender. Add tomatoes and chicken broth then spices. Simmer for 45-60 minutes Can also be made in the crock pot :)
