Every year, librarians at the New York Public Library identify the best books for teens that have been published that year. What do YOU want to read?

But, the tide soon saw a reverse. Teenagers were once again seen haunting bookshops and libraries to check out the latest of their favourite authors. It brought on an increase in the number of books written for teens.

Young adult (or YA) books aren’t just good books for teens — a lot of us adults read and enjoy these books as well. Ever since I’ve written Imagination Soup, I’ve reviewed books, mostly picture books and middle grade books. BUT, I’m a HUGE fan of YA so I had to include good books for teens — and those of us who just love young adult books and aren’t teens.
