Quiet Revolution: Unlocking the Power of Introverts

I’m a big introvert that’s why I love blogging as I am much better at expressing myself behind the keyboard. But I’m not a big wall flower, I have my moments where I can be the life of the party but I have to retreat to my home for days after to get more energy again. I’m usually misunderstood as moody or an overthinker but that’s okay. Most people will understand. There is an awesome TED talk on The Power of Introverts in the workplace where we are usually pushed to change into extroverts if we have any plans for professional growth.

Cain, who practically disappears inside her long green sweater and tall back boots, is more concerned with how to make the consulting business not all about her.
